Do I need a referral?
No, you do not need a referral. You will need a referral if you wish to claim through EPC, DVA or Workcover. If you have any questions regarding claiming your treatment, please call us on 9737 6665.
Where do I park?
Parking is available on-site. You can park directly outside our building on Castella Street.
How long is my appointment?
Your initial appointment will go for 40 minutes to ensure we fully understand your condition. Following this appointment, your next private consultation will be 30 minutes.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes. We require 24 hours notice prior to your appointment. If the clinic is informed with little notice, a cancellation fee may be incurred. To avoid this, SMS and email reminders will be sent prior to your consultation.
How do I pay?
You will pay for your appointment on-site. Payment can be made with cash, credit card and debit card. Additionally, private health insurance can be claimed through HICAPS.
You can also claim through Medicare, TAC, WorkCover & DVA.
