About the job
Managing office and practice operations
Planning and overseeing resource allocation
Supporting human resources and staff development
Ensuring quality improvement and meeting accreditation standards
Supporting business growth, including managing operations and coordinating marketing efforts
Daily management of practice accounts
Enhancing customer service, patient care, and stakeholder relations
Facilitating the recruitment of practioners & concierge
Key Selection Criteria
Previous experience as a Medical Practice Manager
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail
Proven history of client-centered service delivery
Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Confident and professional representation of the practice's brand
Commitment to maintaining patient and practice confidentiality
Proficiency in optimizing office systems and processes
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance

While a pathway to concierge doesnβt require a degree, positions at Exercise Thought and other practices require you to have exceptional customer service skills to fulfil the needs of clients and assist them with any service. These skills can be refined of course through high school, TAFE or university.
